Direct Frontier LLC ("RatingSelect™," "we," "us," or "our") operates the RatingSelect™ platform, which sends SMS and email review request messages to consumers on behalf of local service businesses ("SMB Users"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with our services — both from the businesses that use our platform and from the consumers who receive messages on their behalf.

1. Information We Collect and Use from SMB Users (Business Clients)

When a business inquires about or uses the RatingSelect platform, we collect:

• Contact information — name, business name, email address, and phone number submitted via our contact form or during onboarding
• Account information — business details required to configure and operate the platform on the SMB User's behalf
• Usage data — records of contacts submitted, messages sent, and opt-out events associated with the SMB User's account

We use this information to:

• Respond to inquiries and onboard new SMB Users
• Operate and deliver the platform services
• Communicate about account status, compliance matters, and service updates
• Maintain records required by carrier and TCR compliance obligations

We may share SMB User data with third-party service providers that assist in operating the platform, including email delivery and data storage services. These providers are contractually bound to protect this information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose. We do not sell or rent SMB User data to third parties.

We retain SMB User data for the duration of the business relationship and for up to 24 months following account termination, after which it is deleted unless retention is required by law.

SMB Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting us at contact@ratingselect.com. We will respond within 30 days.

2. Information We Collect from Consumers

We collect the following types of personal information:

• Name — first and/or last name of consumers who receive review request messages
• Phone number — mobile phone number used to send SMS messages
• Email address — may be collected depending on the SMB User's intake process
• Service record information — date of service, type of service, SMB User name — used to personalize messages

This information is provided to RatingSelect by our SMB Users, who collect it directly from their customers — either when a customer submits a contact or inquiry form on the SMB User's website, or as part of their normal business intake or service completion process.

3. How We Use Consumer Information

We use collected information solely to:

• Send SMS review request messages on behalf of the SMB User whose service you received
• Personalize messages with your name and the SMB User's name
• Process opt-out requests and maintain suppression lists to honor your preferences
• Comply with applicable laws and carrier requirements

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number to a SMB User who uses RatingSelect — either through a website contact form or during the intake or service process — you may receive SMS messages requesting a review of the service you received.

• Message frequency: Typically 1–2 messages per service interaction. Frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number.
• For help: Reply HELP or email contact@ratingselect.com.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Contact information is deleted within 12 months of the last service interaction, or immediately upon receipt of a STOP request. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to ensure suppression is maintained.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to deliver SMS messages on our behalf. These providers may process your phone number and message content solely for the purpose of message delivery. They are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at contact@ratingselect.com. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
